This series of nurturing and nourishing in-person circles runs throughout the year, taking us from hibernation in the depths of winter, to the first buds of Spring and Beltane, the expansion of summer, the solstice and the heady joy of Lammas, before leading us gently into Autumn and the Equinox, Samhain and the Winter solstice.

Each session will include grounding exercises, readings, poems or music, meditation and a safe, held space to share whatever you wish to give voice to. In the Winter we will sit by the fire, and drink hot tea, in the summer we will gather in my garden around the fire pit, while the sun sets. At each session, we will reference nature and the seasonal flow of the year, reflecting on our own internal journey, connecting to nature, and each other, and marking the ritual changes in the circling year.
