Circles this season…
Autumn Equinox Circle
FULL
23 September: 7pm - 8:30 pm, Daglingworth, near Cirencester
A beautiful seasonal chance to reflect on the shift from summer to autumn, feel into the soothing blanket of the dark moon, and give voice to anything that arises for you in this transitional season of change. We will start with some reflections on the season and the equinox, followed by a meditation and grounding exercise, and then there will be space to share and listen to our stories. The session will be free, and will be held at my home in Daglingworth, just outside Cirencester. There will also be an online session available for those further afield.
The Circling Year: Autumn Sessions
September - December 2022, GL7
Starting in late September, around the Autumn Equinox, this will be a series of seven fortnightly sessions to take us from late summer, into autumn, finishing on the cusp of winter and Christmas. Each session will take us through the seasonal shifts we are experiencing, both in nature and within ourselves, with space to give voice to our own journey and story. We will also reflect on some of the traditions of autumn, folk tales, goddesses of the season, as well as the sights and sounds of this time of year, and words and writings to inspire us. We will also take time in meditations and grounding exercises to pause, connect and reflect. Autumn is a beautiful time of change - but it can also be a time of loss, healing and growth. It would be an honour to walk this path with you. For more information, including dates, venue and costs, click on the link below.
A Circling Christmas
Late November 2022 to early January 2023
Deeply influenced by Beth Kempton’s wonderful book and podcast A Calm Christmas, this series of circles will take us through the yuletide season in a more mindful way, connecting with what really matters to us, taking time to step away from the busyness of the season, and reflecting on some of the ancient traditions and folktales of Christmas, as well as simple ways to keep us grounded amidst the flurry of family, gifts and hosting. I hope to be able to offer this course face-to-face and online. Please join the mailing list for more information.
